OTCF FOUNDER | CEO

Dr. Justin Gracieux MHA, DHA

“First and foremost, praise to God for this opportunity to serve His mission. I started this non-profit foundation to honor my grandfather who was a forgotten WWII veteran so it is an absolute honor to continue his legacy and to serve my country in this capacity to help save lives. Warrior runs through my blood, it’s the very fabric of my DNA coming from a long line of men who proudly served our great country. I recently completed my Doctor of Healthcare Administration while working for one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems. Come join the OTCF family today!”

“I proudly served in the US Army for 12 years, 24 months in Iraq total. Joined at age 18 because I saw myself going down the wrong path and wanted to get away from bad influences. I saw it as a healthy change and challenge more than anything, so against my parent’s wishes I was off to Fort Benning, Georgia for basic training. I wouldn’t change it for anything and would go back in a second if they’d let him. Now, I am a family man and Owner/Operator of Stars and Stripes BBQ. I am blessed content, and grateful where the Lord has him now in life.
